Moving forward while looking back.

Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past few years. The support has been astonishing, from those who choose to purchase from us, others who almost act as ambassadors on Facebook groups and plenty of you who I’ve met on the way that have referred others to us.
Classic BM began as an honest little business in the midst of Covid lockdowns in 2020, where we slowly built up our range of parts and assisted plenty of people get parts for their BMW’s at a time where it seemed like the world was ending.

After so long, where do I start?

Now, it’s been almost 2 years since our last blog post, and let me tell you, it feels like it’s been double that, but conversely it also seems like only weeks ago! If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram (see links at the bottom of any page on our site to follow us), you’ll see that we’ve been pretty quiet on those platforms too.

And for good reason I personally think. We get plenty of messages and emails praising our service, and honestly, we’ve always maintained that our customers are at the centre of what we do. We’ve grown to be so busy running the day-to-day operations and helping customers all around Australia and NZ, that we’ve let all forms of communication with the outside world drop off completely. As I recently mentioned to a friend and supporter of ours, we will not allow growth at the expense of the customer service and experience people have come to appreciate and expect from us.
Throughout 2022, we saw some real growth, with a large expansion of our stocked range, and a partnership with Beisan Systems to distribute the best Vanos repair kits in the world to local Aussie’s & Kiwi’s.

So, what’s the future look like for us? We’re just getting started, with a plan in place to continue expanding at the same rate we have been over the past 2 years, with lots of new products coming. We’ll be putting in an effort to write more of these blog posts to keep you all updated with what we’re doing and how we’re expanding, as well as more regular updates through social media with monthly new product alerts and cool BMW things we’d like to share that we come across.
